摘 要:23CrNi3Mo钢作为一种低碳合金钎具钢,在基础工程建设中发挥着重要作用。它的微观组织形态对其使用寿命及失效形式有着巨大的影响。本文研究了23CrNi3Mo钢在渗碳、正火、淬火和深冷等不同热处理工艺条件下的微观组织变化情况,以期为其性能的改善提供支持。结果表明,渗碳后的渗碳层为针状马氏体、过渡层为针状马氏体和贝氏体的混合组织,芯部为下贝氏体;正火后渗碳层的依然保持针状马氏体组织,但析出碳化物显著减少、过渡层和芯部的贝氏体含量增多;淬火后渗碳层和过渡层为针状马氏体组织,芯部为隐晶马氏体。经过渗碳、正火、淬火和回火热处理后的23CrNi3Mo钢的表面硬度为HRC46.1,冲击韧性为162.25J/cm^(2),有着较为优异的性能。23CrNi3Mo steel as a low-carbon alloy drill steel,plays an important role in basic engineering construction.Its microstructure has a huge impact on its service life and failure mode.In this paper,the microstructure changes of 23CrNi3Mo steel under different heat treatment conditions such as carburizing,normalizing,quenching and cryogenic were studied,in order to provide support for the improvement of its properties.The results show that the carburized layer after carburizing is acicular martensite,the transition layer is a mixed structure of acicular martensite and bainite,and the core is lower bainite.After normalizing,the carburized layer still maintains acicular martensite structure,but the precipitated carbides are significantly reduced,and the bainite content in the transition layer and core increased;after quenching,the carburized layer and transition layer are acicular martensite structure,the core is cryptocrystalline martensite.The surface hardness of 23CrNi3Mo steel after heat treatment is HRC46.1,and the impact toughness is 162.25J/cm2,which has excellent performance.
