摘　　要：准确的导管尖端位置是PICC安全使用的前提,2021年中华护理学会发布《PICC尖端心腔内电图定位技术》团体标准,对PICC尖端心腔内电图定位技术的核心流程及要点进行规范。本文结合已发表的临床实践证据,对该标准中的核心要点进行简要解读。The accurate position of the catheter tip is the premise of the safe use of PICC.In 2021,the Chinese Nursing Association released the association standard of"The Intracardiac Electrocardiogram method for positioning the tip of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter"to standardize the core process and key points of the Intracardiac Electrocardiogram method for positioning the tip of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter.This article briefly interprets the core points of the standard in combination with published clinical practice evidence.
