摘　　要：目的:调查重庆市医养结合服务供给现状,为完善养老服务体系建设和提升医养结合服务质量提供参考。方法:2021年4月—5月,采用自设问卷线上调查144家医养结合机构和503家社区卫生服务中心,线下走访其中37家机构。结果:医养结合机构主要提供健康管理、定期巡诊、急诊救护、危重症转诊等医疗服务,与养老机构开展实质性合作的社区卫生服务中心仅占25.25%。约1/3的养老机构和社区卫生服务中心养老床位入住率低于50%,处于亏损状态的医养结合机构达45.83%。29.17%的医养结合机构和37.97%的社区卫生服务中心未开展智慧养老服务。结论:深化医养结合模式内涵,应加强对医养结合机构的统一监管,以需求为导向推动服务供给侧改革,加快发展社区智慧医养结合服务新模式。Objective:To investigate the status of integrated medical and nursing service supply in Chongqing,so as to provide reference for the improvement of elderly care service system construction and the development of related policies.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct online survey on 144 integrated medical and nursing institutions and 503 community health centers in Chongqing,and 37 of them were investigated on site.Results:The integrated medical and nursing institutions mainly provide health management,regular visits,emergency rescue,and referral service,etc.Only 25.25%of community health centers actually cooperated with elderly care institutions.About one-third of elderly care institutions and community health centers with occupancy rates were lower than 50%,and 45.83%of integrated medical and nursing institutions were in deficit.About 29.17%of integrated medical and nursing institutions and 37.97%of community health centers did not provide intelligent elderly care.Conclusion:To improve the connotation of integrated medical and nursing service,unified supervision should be strengthened,demand-oriented reform on the service supply side should be promoted,and a new model of community intelligent medical and nursing services should be developed.
