摘　　要：目的:构建以护士为主导的肾移植患者动态体质量管理方案,并分析其应用效果。方法:在泌尿外科重症监护室成立以护士为主导的动态体质量管理小组,构建肾移植患者动态体质量管理方案并在临床应用,比较实施前后肾移植患者的肾功能和营养情况。结果:实施后组肾移植患者肾功能恢复情况较实施前组提高,且术后1日两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血红蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白较实施前组增加,且白蛋白及前白蛋白变化有统计学差异(P<0.05);实施后组术后1~3、4~7、8~14日体质量先下降后保持平稳,且变化有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对肾移植患者实施以护士为主导的动态体质量管理方案具有较好的临床效果,精准的动态体质量管理可促进患者肾功能恢复,使肾移植患者的体质量管理向科学、规范化发展,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of nurse led dynamic body mass management scheme in renal transplant patients.Methods:A urological intensive care unit was established,a dynamic weight management team led by nurses was established,and a dynamic body mass management scheme for renal transplant patients was constructed and applied in clinical practice.Results:The recovery of renal function was improved after the implementation of nurse led dynamic weight management scheme,and there was significant difference on the first day after operation(P<0.05);Hemoglobin,albumin and prealbumin increased compared with the control group,and the changes of albumin and prealbumin were statistically significant(P<0.05);The body mass of the post implementation group decreased on the 1st-3rd,4th-7th and 8th-14th days after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nurse led dynamic body mass management scheme for patients after renal transplantation has a good clinical effect.Accurate dynamic body mass management promotes the recovery of patients'renal function and makes the weight management after renal transplantation develop scientifically and standardized,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
