摘 要:通过无转子硫化仪研究了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚丙烯(PP)动态硫化特性及动力学,并考察了硫化体系及硫化温度对EPDM/PP动态硫化特性及动力学参数的影响。结果表明,过氧化物动态硫化EPDM/PP过程主要由主硫化阶段及后硫化阶段2个一级动力学反应组成;通过对两段硫化反应速率常数的拟合发现硫化剂BIBP、助硫化剂HVPBd及HVA2最佳用量分别为0.7%、2%及0.5%,并拟合出EPDM/PP动态硫化两段一级反应的活化能E_(a),分别为119.67 kJ/mol及132.54 kJ/mol。获得的数据可为动态硫化制备EPDM/PP TPV工艺条件的选择提供理论支持。Dynamic vulcanization characteristics and dynamics of EPDM/PP were studied by no-rotor vulcanizer,and the influence of curing system and curing temperature on dynamic curing characteristics and kinetic parameters of EPDM/PP was investigated.The results show that the process of dynamic vulcanization EPDM/PP by peroxides mainly consists of two first-order kinetic reactions:main vulcanization stage and post vulcanization stage.It was found that the optimum dosage of BIBP,HVPBd and HVA2 were determined to be 0.7%,2%and 0.5%,respectively by fitting the rate constants of two stages of vulcanization reaction.The activation energy of EPDM/PP two stage first order reaction of dynamic vulcanization were 119.67 kJ/mol and 132.54 kJ/mol,respectively.The results provided theoretical support for the selection of process conditions for dynamic curing EPDM/PP TPV.
