摘  要:钠气溶胶是钠冷快堆出现钠泄漏及钠火工况时产生的特征性产物,空气中存在的极早期微量钠气溶胶监测对相关事故监测和事故处置意义重大。为了解决工程应用领域钠气溶胶在线监测手段空白问题,研制了一款基于等离子体激发源的原子发射光谱法在线测量空气中钠元素含量的探测仪器,通过仪器集成设计,完成了从原理实验装置到成套设备的转化,并通过一系列样机模拟性能测试,说明该仪器对空气中微量钠气溶胶具有很好的检测能力,光谱和设备整体具有很好的稳定性,还具备短时高浓度钠气溶胶耐受能力,为实现工程应用提供了可能。Sodium aerosol is a characteristic product produced when sodium leakage and sodium fire occur in sodium cooled fast reactor,very early sodium aerosol monitoring in the air is of great significance to accident monitoring and accident handling. In order to solve the blank problem of sodium aerosol online monitoring methods in the engineering application field,a detection instrument based on the atomic emission spectroscopy of the plasma excitation source to measure the content of sodium in the air is developed. Through the instrument integration design,the transformation from the principle experimental device to the complete set of equipment has been completed. Through a series of prototype simulation performance tests,it shows that the instrument has a good detection ability for detect sodium aerosol in the air. The spectrum and the equipment as a whole has very good stability,it also has the ability to tolerate high concentration sodium aerosol,provides possibility to realize engineering applications.
