摘 要:新时代全面依法治国背景下,法学院校已将提升法律职业素养和技能作为法学专业教学的重心之一.法律文书写作课程对于培养学生法律职业素养和技能具有重要作用,为实现此目的,需改进传统教学方法.比如课堂教学应分配为教师讲授与学生主导讨论各占50%课堂时间,按照诉讼程序和非讼法律事件的发展时间脉络讲授重点法律文书;学生深入讨论、分析未经加工的原始案例后,完成法律问题的论证和文书写作任务;通过鉴赏法律文书,思辨、总结文书的写作技能.改进后的教学方法经此整合、实践,能有效提升学生的法律职业素养和技能.In the context of the comprehensive rule of law in the new era,law schools have made the improvement of legal professionalism and skills one of the main focuses of teaching law majors.The course of legal writing has an important role in cultivating students’legal professionalism and skills,and in order to achieve this purpose,traditional teaching methods should be improved.For example,classroom teaching should be divided into 50%of classroom time for teacher-led lectures and 50%of classroom time for student-led discussions,and key legal documents should be taught in accordance with the development of litigation procedures and non-litigation legal events;students should complete the task of arguing legal issues and writing documents after in-depth discussions and analysis of raw,unprocessed cases;through the appreciation of legal documents,they should think about and summarize their writing skills.The improved teaching methods are integrated and practiced in this way,which can effectively enhance students’legal professionalism and skills.
