摘　　要：目的:探讨老年重症肺炎患者外周血降钙素原(PCT)、白介素-6(IL-6)、尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(suPAR)的临床意义。方法:以江苏省常州市武进人民医院2020年1月-2021年12月收治的50例老年重症肺炎患者为研究组,并选择同期50例老年非重症肺炎患者为对照组,采用ELISA检测两组外周血PCT、IL-6、suPAR水平,采用肺炎严重指数(PSI)评估肺炎的病情严重情况,随访患者预后。结果:研究组PCT、IL-6、suPAR水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且联合检测外周血PCT、IL-6、suPAR水平对预后评估的灵敏度为90%,特异度为85%。结论:联合检测外周血PCT、IL-6、suPAR可作为评估老年重症肺炎预后的重要指标。Objective:To explore the clinical significance of PCT,IL-6 and suPAR in peripheral blood of severe pneumonia in the elderly. Methods:50 elderly patients with severe pneumonia in the hospital from Jan 2020 to Dec2021were classified as the research group,while 50 elderly patients with non-severe pneumonia in the hospital were classified as the control group. The levels of PCT,IL-6 and suPAR in peripheral blood of both group were detected by ELISA,and the severity of pneumonia was evaluated by pneumonia severity index(PSI).The prognosis of the patientwas followed up.Results:The levels of PCT,IL-6 and suPAR in theresearchgroup were significantly higher than those in thecontrol group(P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of PCT,IL-6 and suPAR in peripheral blood for prognosis evaluation were 90% and 85%. Conclusion:Combined detection of PCT,IL-6 and suPAR in peripheral blood can be used as an important index to evaluate the prognosis of senile severe pneumonia.
