摘 要:推进园区电能替代技术可以有效改善环境问题、促进清洁能源消纳、优化能源结构,是综合能源系统发展的核心思想之一。基于此,充分计及电能替代的积极作用,提出了综合能源系统效益评价指标的量化计算模型和综合评价方法。分析系统效益来源及影响因素,建立多评价维度的目标-准则-指标效益三层评价指标体系并确定各指标的计算方法和模型;在兼顾多种主客观赋权方法优点的基础上,提出“基于权重向量偏差最小”的组合赋权法,有效融合指标权重;将所得期望组合权重与物元可拓模型结合,求解综合能源系统建设方案的效益评定等级和评分数值。通过算例验证了评价方法能够有效识别规划方案的薄弱环节,为综合能源系统方案决策提供参考,并证明了配置电能替代设备可有效提升系统的效益水平。Promoting electric energy substitution technology in the park can effectively improve environmental problems,promote clean energy consumption and optimize energy structure,which is one of the core ideas of integrated energy system development.Based on this,the quantitative calculation model and comprehensive evaluation method of the evaluation indexes of integrated energy system benefits are proposed,taking into account the positive effect of electric energy substitution adequately.We analyze the sources and influencing factors of system benefits,establish a three-level evaluation index system of target-criteria-indicator benefits with multiple evaluation dimensions,and determine the calculation methods and models of each index.On the basis of taking into account the advantages of various subjective and objective weighting methods,we propose a combination weighting method based on the minimum deviation of weight vector,which effectively integrates the index weights.We combine the expected combination weights with the matter-element extension model to solve the efficiency rating and the rating value of the integrated energy system construction scheme.Through an example,it is verified that the evaluation method can effectively identify the weak points of the planning scheme,provide reference for the decision of the integrated energy system scheme,and prove that the configuration of electric energy replacement equipment can effectively improve the efficiency level of the system.
