摘　　要：目的医疗健康大数据应用背景下,打通区域医疗数据资源共享通道,利用区域医疗健康大数据进行医疗安全与质量管控,提升医院电子病历为核心的信息系统管控能力。方法完善临床数据中心,开发区域医疗健康大数据采集平台,建设院内综合医疗健康数据库,改造业务系统利用融合后的大数据。结果院内数据与区域医疗数据融合,医疗质量安全管理系统能利用融合的数据进行更加及时精准的医疗质量安全预警和管控。结论通过把医疗健康大数据应用在医院的医疗安全与质量管控、疫情预警等方面,能提升医院全过程医疗质量管理、疫情防控能力与水平。Objective:In the context of medical and health big data application,in order to open the channel of regional medical data resource sharing,utilize the regional medical and health big data for medical safety and quality control,and improve the information system management and control capability of hospitals with electronic medical records as the core.Method:The clinical data center was improved,the regional medical and health big data collection platform developed,the hospital comprehensive medical and health database built,and the business system transformed for the fused big data.Result:Hospital data and regional medical data fusion,medical quality and safety management system can utilize the fusion of data for more timely and accurate medical quality,and safety warning and control.Conclusion:The ability and the level of the whole process of medical quality management,epidemic prevention and control of the hospital can be improved by means of the application of medical and health big data in medical safety and quality control,epidemic early warning and other aspects in the hospital.
