摘　　要：为了研究高危病人早期识别对降低医疗风险,提高医疗安全管理的作用,笔者依托信息化构建高危病人预警系统,选择某医院对高危病人进行早期识别及干预,强化了过程监管,有利于提升医疗安全,总结了高危病人预警系统在实际应用中取得的效果及存在的问题,以期为同类医院防范医疗风险、提高医疗质量提供参考。To study the early identification of high-risk patients,reduce health risks,and improve health and safety management,the authors,based on the informatization construction of the early warning system for high-risk patients,chose a hospital with the early identification and intervention for high-risk patients,and the strengthened regulatory process for the improvement of medical safety for the study.Then the early warning system for high-risk patients in the practical application effect and the existing problems were summarized in order to offer the reference to the same hospital to prevent medical risks and improve the quality of medical treatment.
