穴位贴敷联合温经汤对高中女生压力性闭经的干预研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合温经汤在高中女生压力性闭经中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年8月—2021年8月医院收治的有闭经史的高中女生86例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各43例。对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上实施穴位贴敷联合温经汤治疗,连续治疗4周。比较两组病人治疗效果、月经恢复情况、中医证候积分及不良反应。结果:观察组病人治疗总有效率为95.35%(41/43),明显高于对照组的81.40%(35/43),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病人月经周期恢复时间为(38.76±5.43)d、月经质与量恢复时间为(62.48±5.33)d,均明显短于对照组的(60.19±7.35)d、(80.79±7.84)d,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后中医证候中胸闷呕吐(2.05±0.13)分、腰膝酸软(1.56±0.11)分、带下量多(1.17±0.08)分,均明显低于对照组的(3.29±0.18)分、(3.02±0.19)分、(2.87±0.34)分,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组病人治疗期间均未见不良反应。结论:穴位贴敷联合温经汤治疗高中女生压力性闭经效果良好,安全性高,能够改善中医证候,促进月经恢复正常。Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with Wenjing decoction on stress amenorrhea in high school girls.Methods:A total of 86 high school girls with amenorrhea admitted to hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,43 cases in each group.The students in control group were treated with conventional medicine,and the students in observation group were treated with acupoint application combined with Wenjing decoction for 4 weeks.The treatment effect,menstrual recovery situation,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in observation group was 95.35%(41/43),significantly higher than that in control group 81.40%(35/43),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The menstrual cycle recovery time in observation group was(38.76±5.43)d,and the menstrual quality and quantity recovery time was(62.48±5.33)d,which were significantly shorter than that in control group(60.19±7.35)d and(80.79±7.84)d,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,in traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,chest tightness and vomiting(2.05±0.13),waist and knee soreness and softness(1.56±0.11),and the amount of lower band(1.17±0.08),which were all significantly lower than that in the control group(3.29±0.18),(3.02±0.19),(2.87±0.34),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in 2 groups during treatment.Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with Wenjing decoction has a good effect and high safety in the treatment of stress amenorrhea in high school girls,which can improve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and promote menstruation to return to normal.
