女性不孕症病人希望水平及影响因素的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:调查女性不孕症病人希望水平,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样法选取2020年5月—2020年7月在广州市某三级甲等医院生殖中心就诊的不孕症病人210例作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版Herth希望量表、肖水源社会支持评定量表、Jalowiec应对量表对其进行问卷调查。采用单因素分析、Pearson相关性分析、多重线性回归分析研究女性不孕症病人希望水平的影响因素。结果:女性不孕症病人希望总分为(38.78±4.28)分。单因素分析结果显示,医疗负担感知情况、人工流产史是女性不孕症病人希望水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。社会支持3个维度得分及勇敢面对、保守、乐观、寻求支持维度得分与女性不孕症病人希望总分呈正相关关系(P<0.05),情感宣泄、听天由命维度得分与女性不孕症病人希望总分呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,医疗费用负担感知情况、人工流产史、主观支持、保守和情感宣泄应对方式是女性不孕症病人希望水平的影响因素(P<0.05),共解释了希望水平28.6%的变异。结论:女性不孕症病人希望处于高水平,医务人员应关注女性不孕症病人希望水平的影响因素,包括医疗负担感知情况、人工流产史、社会支持及应对方式等,据此制定科学的干预措施来提高女性不孕症病人的希望水平,改善妊娠结局。Objective:To investigate the hope level of female infertility patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 210 infertile patients who visited the reproductive center in a third grade A hospital in Guangzhou from May 2020 to July 2020 were selected by convenient sampling method.The general data questionnaire,Chinese version of Herth Hope Scale,Xiao Shuiyuan Social Support Scale and Jalowiec Coping Scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.Univariate analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to study the influencing factors of hope level of female infertility patients.Results:The total hope score of female infertility patients was(38.78±4.28).Univariate analysis showed that perceived medical burden and history of induced abortion were the influencing factors of hope level of female infertility patients(P<0.05).The scores of the three dimensions of social support,brave face,conservative,optimistic and support seeking were positively correlated with the total hope score of female infertility patients(P<0.05),while the scores of emotional catharsis and resignation were negatively correlated with the total hope score of female infertility patients(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that perceived medical burden,history of induced abortion,subjective support,conservative and emotional catharsis coping style were the influencing factors of hope level of female infertility patients(P<0.05),explaining 28.6%of the variation of hope level.Conclusion:The hope level of female infertility patients is at a high level.Medical staff should pay attention to the influencing factors of hope level of female infertility patients,including the perception of medical burden,history of induced abortion,social support and coping style,etc.Scientific intervention measures were developed to improve the hope level of female infertility patients and improve pregnancy outcomes.
