摘　　要：后备牛时期是奶牛养殖的关键阶段,后备牛的健康和生长发育对于奶牛的一生都至关重要,优秀的后备奶牛培育离不开科学、专业的技术支撑。现代后备奶牛培育技术上开始不断呈现标准化以及科技化的特点,要牢牢抓住后备牛培育技术推广这一关键点,健全后备奶牛培育科技推广体系,推进后备奶牛的科学培育,充分发挥技术在提高后备奶牛培育水平和相关研究中的积极作用。本文回顾了后备奶牛营养与健康技术研究进展,重点回顾了后备奶牛健康评估与行为监测技术、现代组学技术、繁殖技术以及生理指标测定技术等方面取得的研究进展,对于后备奶牛的饲养、管理和相关研究有一定的指导意义。It is critical to focus on dairy calves and heifers raising.The growth and health of calves and heifers are very important for the whole life of dairy cows.Science leads future.Only scientific and professional technical support can achieve excellent dairy calves and heifers raising.Modern dairy calves and heifers management is standardized,scientific and technological.It is necessary to promote dairy calves and heifers raising techniques,improve the management system,and make full use of the advanced techniques in improving the management level and related research.This article reviewed nutrition and health techniques on calves and heifers raising,including the health assessment and monitoring techniques,modern omics techniques,reproductive techniques,and physiological indexes determination techniques,hoping to provide the guidance for dairy replacement raising,management and related research.
