摘 要:现阶段炼化行业面临的挑战主要来自减碳压力和因市场导向转变造成的炼油加工能力过剩、产品需求变化、原油价格波动以及产品质量要求不断提升。本文从产品质量、环保、炼油企业结构调整以及碳减排等方面提出了一系列解决方案,包括产品质量目标提升下的关键炼油技术,环保目标持续提升下的关键技术,炼油结构转型技术和持续节能减碳、降成本技术。其中炼油企业结构转型技术包括由生产成品油转向生产基本有机化工原料的技术和进一步提升产品价值的技术;持续节能降碳、降低成本的技术包括分子炼油(组分炼油)、废弃物循环利用等技术,以及基于碳足迹的流程优化技术和低碳技术评价体系建设。At present,the challenges faced by the oil refining and chemical industry mainly come from the pressure of carbon emission reduction,overcapacity of oil refining caused by market orientation,change in product demand,fluctuations in oil prices and continuous improvement of product quality requirements.This paper puts forward a series of solutions from the aspects of product quality,environmental protection,structural adjustment of oil refining enterprises,carbon emission reduction,etc.,including the key technologies of oil refining under the improvement of product quality targets,key technologies under the continuous improvement of environmental protection objectives,as well as technologies of oil refining structure transformation,continuous energy saving and carbon emission and cost reduction.Among them,the technologies of oil-refining enterprise structure transformation include those of changing from the production of refined oil to the production of basic organic chemical raw materials and further improving product value.In addition,the technologies of continuous energy conservation,carbon reduction and cost reduction involve molecular refining technology(component refining technology),waste recycling technology,carbon footprint-based process optimization technology,and the evaluation system construction of the low-carbon technologies.
