摘　　要：为吸附脱除丙烯腈产品中的噁唑,提高吸附剂的吸附性能,采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列不同La含量的La改性Hβ分子筛吸附剂,并详细研究了La改性对Hβ分子筛酸性及丙烯腈中噁唑吸附性能的影响。发现La改性可以明显提高Hβ分子筛吸附剂对丙烯腈中噁唑的吸附性能,当La的负载量为3%时,吸附剂的酸量最高,且具有最大的噁唑吸附量和最高的吸附寿命。研究表明,Hβ分子筛吸附剂的噁唑吸附能力与其酸量存在明显的线性正相关关系,吸附剂酸量越高,其噁唑吸附能力越强。In order to adsorb and remove the oxazole in the acrylonitrile product and improve the adsorption performance of the adsorbent,a series of La-modified Hβzeolite adsorbents with different La content were prepared by the isometric impregnation method.The effect of La-modification on the acidity of Hβzeolite and the adsorption performance of oxazole in acrylonitrile was studied in detail.It is found that La-modification can significantly improve the adsorption performance of Hβzeolite adsorbent for oxazole in acrylonitrile.When the loading amount of La is 3%,the adsorbent has the highest acid content,and has the largest oxazole adsorption capacity and the highest adsorption life.Studies show that the oxazole adsorption capacity of the Hβzeolite adsorbent has an obvious linear positive correlation with itsacid quantity.The higher the acid quantity of the adsorbent has,the stronger the oxazole adsorption capacity is.
