摘  要:MCM-48介孔分子筛因具备高度有序的孔道,较大的比表面积,可控的形貌,良好的催化性能及优异的传质与扩散效率等优势成为化学工业、信息技术和环境能源等领域的研究热点。整理了MCM-48介孔分子筛的合成方法,主要包括水热合成法、微波合成法、室温合成法、相转变合成法,概述了不同的合成原料(如硅源、模板剂)和合成条件(如pH值、晶化温度、晶化时间)等因素对结构的影响,总结了提高MCM-48水热稳定性的多种简便方法。MCM-48 mesoporous molecular sieve has become a research focuses in chemical industry,information technology and environmental energy due to its advantages such as highly ordered pores,large specific surface area,controllable morphology,good catalytic performance,and excellent mass transfer and diffusion efficiency.The synthesis methods of MCM-48 mesoporous molecular sieves are sorted out,mainly including hydrothermal synthesis,microwave synthesis,room temperature synthesis,and phase transition synthesis.The effects of different synthesis materials(such as silicon source,template agent)and synthesis conditions(such as pH value,crystallization temperature,crystallization time)on the structure were summarized.Several simple methods to improve the hydrothermal stability of MCM-48 are summarized.
