摘  要:无机非金属材料具有天然的防腐蚀功效,且材料成本很低,能有效地降低工业成本、节能减排,提高倒流壳的使用寿命。本研究旨在提高灰铁倒流壳内流道涂瓷釉的防腐蚀效果。文章通过比较不同配方下的瓷釉流动性和烧结后瓷釉的微观结果,不同涂刷方式和不同烧结温度保温时间的研究来取得最佳的工艺参数。结果表明不同配方下瓷釉的流动性和吸附差异较大,不同温度和保温时间下,瓷釉的微观结构和吸附差异较大,不同涂刷方式的瓷釉均匀分布差异较大。采用特制的配方,使用虹吸器涂瓷釉,在800℃左右的温度烧结,保温30 min可以获得理想的瓷釉效果。Inorganic non-metallic materials have natural anti-corrosion effect, and the material cost is very low. They can effectively reduce the industrial cost, save energy and reduce emission, and improve the service life of the backflow shell. The purpose of this study is to improve the anti-corrosion effect of enamel coating on the inner channel of gray iron backflow shell. In this paper, the best process parameters were obtained by comparing the fluidity of enamel under different formulas and the microscopic results of sintered enamel, and by the study of different brushing methods and the study of different sintering temperature and holding time. The results show that there are great differences in the fluidity and adsorption of enamel under different formulas, the microstructure and adsorption of enamel under different temperature and holding time, and the uniform distribution of enamel under different brushing methods. The ideal enamel effect can be obtained by using a special formula, coating the enamel with a siphon,sintering at a temperature of about 800 ℃ and holding for 30 min.
