摘　　要：特色馆藏作为一所图书馆的独特资源,是有别于图书馆其他馆藏的特殊馆藏,是图书馆最有标志性的特别资源。文章首先论述了建设地方特色馆藏是提高地方高校图书馆核心竞争力的重要手段;其次,以唐山学院图书馆为例分析了唐山区域特色馆藏建设的内容和方法;最后,总结了地方高校图书馆特色资源建设的策略。As a unique resource of a library, characteristic collection is a special collection different from other collections of the library, it is the most symbolic special resource of the library. Firstly, this paper discusses the significance of building local characteristic collections to improve the core competitiveness of local university libraries.Secondly, taking Tangshan University library as an example, this paper analyzes the contents and methods of building regional characteristic collections in Tangshan. Finally, it summarizes the strategies of building characteristic resources of local university libraries.
