摘  要:为研究已被列入延迟退休政策范畴的高校处级/高级女教师群体的延迟退休意愿影响因素,对20名50~55周岁高校处级/高级女教师进行深度访谈,应用扎根理论获取延迟退休意愿的影响因素,在此基础上设计问卷量表并建立预测该群体选择55周岁退休可能性的多元线性回归模型。研究发现,传统的影响因素如未来对资金需求程度、本人是否有配偶、配偶是否退休等对高校处级/高级女教师延迟退休意愿的影响较小,而个人身体健康状况、赡养老人或抚养第三代对个人压力程度、对目前工作的满意度、担心影响他人晋升机会等成为主要影响因素,特别是家庭方面抚养第三代和赡养老人对个人的压力较大。高校处级女干部的延迟退休意愿明显低于具有高级职称的女性专业技术人员。To study the factors influencing the willingness to delay retirement of the group of college division/senior female teachers who have been included in the scope of delayed retirement policy, in-depth interviews were conducted with 20 college division/senior female teachers aged 50-55. The rooting theory was applied to obtain the factors influencing the willingness to delay retirement, based on which a questionnaire scale was designed, and a multivariate linear regression model used for predicting the possibility of the group choosing to retire at the age of 55 was established. It shows that traditional influencing factors such as the degree of future financial needs, whether one has a spouse, and whether one’s spouse is retired, have less influence on the willingness to delay retirement of college division/senior female teachers. While factors such as one’s health condition, the degree of personal stress on supporting the elderly or raising the third generation, satisfaction with the current job, and the fear of affecting others’ promotion opportunities become the main factors, especially the degree of personal pressure from raising the third generation and supporting the elderly on the family side. The willingness of delayed retirement of female higher education divisional officers is significantly lower than that of female professionals with senior titles.
