摘 要:研究了低聚物与单体种类、分散剂、光引发剂及陶瓷粉体固含量对光固化打印陶瓷浆体流变性能的影响,分析了不同烧结温度对陶瓷样品理化性能的影响。当控制低聚物与单体质量比例为1:2,并使用2.5wt.%KH-560分散剂、2.5 wt.%TPO光引发剂时,可配制出固含量达50 vol.%的低黏度陶瓷浆料,能够满足打印要求。最高烧结温度为1550℃时,ZTA陶瓷烧结效果最好,相对密度达98.87%。含25vol.%ZrO_(2)的ZTA陶瓷增韧效果最好,最高抗压强度、断裂韧性、维氏硬度分别为(541±20) MPa、(8.78±0.33) MPa·m^(1/2)、(1876±36) HV 1/20。DLP光固化陶瓷打印技术可以实现复杂多孔陶瓷的快速高精度成型,在生物医疗、油水分离等方面有巨大的应用前景。The effects of oligomer and monomer, dispersant, photoinitiator and solid fracture of ceramic powder on rheology of ceramic paste were studied and the influences of sintering temperature on the properties of ceramic samples were evaluated. Low viscosity ceramic pastes with solid loading of 50 vol.% could be prepared, when the oligomer to monomer ratio was 1:2,together with 2.5 wt.% KH-560 dispersant and 3 wt.% TPO photoinitiator. After sintering at 1550 ℃, the ceramic sample had a relative density of 98.87%. The ZTA ceramic sample with 25 vol.% ZrO_(2)had optimal toughening effect, with compressive strength, fracture toughness, Vickers hardness to be 541±20 MPa, 8.78±0.33 MPa·m^(1/2)and 1876±36 HV1/20. Such DLP is a promising process to rapidly print porous ceramic structures with high-precision for biomedical application and oil-water separation.
