摘　　要：针对某冷轧带钢可逆机导卫存在的划伤、翻边及工效低等缺陷的问题,设计一种对中导卫装置,通过使用验证,改进后的导卫在减少质量缺陷、提升作业效率、提高成材率等方面均取得良好的应用效果。A new type centering and guiding device is designed to solve the problem existing in the guide of a cold rolling steel mill,such as scratching,flanging and low efficiency.The actual application proves the new type centering and guiding device can decrease quality imperfections,improve working efficiency and increase yield percentage.
