摘　　要：[目的]了解重庆市2004-2020年传染病领域公共卫生服务公平程度,分析公共卫生服务公平性与传染病发病率之间的相关性,探索基于文献分析法定量评价服务公平性的可行性。[方法]系统收集2004-2020年重庆市涉及传染病预防控制公共卫生服务公平性研究的相关文献,采用“五分度评分法”计算公共卫生服务不公平性的严重程度。运用Spearman相关分析和线性回归分析卫生服务不公平程度与传染病发病率的关系进行分析。[结果]重庆市传染病领域公共卫生服务公平程度呈波动性上升趋势,从2004年(23.3%)提升至2020年的40.0%,上升程度为16.7%;传染病发病率与公共卫生服务公平程度呈负相关关系(r=-0.593,P<0.05)。[结论]传染病领域公共卫生服务公平程度至2004年起逐年提升,但重庆市公共卫生服务公平性整体仍处于较低水平,卫生服务不公平问题亟需解决,公平程度有待进一步提升。Objective To understand the fairness of public health services in the field of infectious diseases in Chongqing from 2004 to 2020,analyze the correlation between the fairness of public health services and the incidence of infectious diseases,explore the feasibility of quantitative evaluation of service fairness based on literature analysis.Methods Systematically collected the relevant literature on the equity of public health services for prevention and control of infectious diseases in Chongqing from 2004 to 2020,and the“five-point scale method”was used to calculate the severity of the unfairness of public health services.Spearman correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between the unfairness of health services and the incidence of infectious diseases.Results The degree of fairness of public health services in the field of infectious diseases in Chongqing showed a fluctuating upward trend,it was from 23.3%in 2004 to 40.0%in 2020,with 16.7%rising degree.There was a negative correlation between the incidence of infectious diseases and the fairness of public health services(r=0.593,P<0.05).Conclusions The fairness of public health services in the field of infectious diseases has increased year by year since 2004,but the overall fairness of public health services in Chongqing is still at a low level.The problem of unfairness in health services needs to be solved urgently,and the degree of fairness needs to be further improved.
