广东等五省区猴场实验猴血清T淋巴细胞趋向性病毒1型抗体检测分析

摘　　要：为调查广东等地实验猴养殖场猴T淋巴细胞趋向性病毒1型(Simian T-lymphotropic virus 1,STLV-1)的流行情况,通过酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)对采集自广东、广西、云南、海南以及河南境内主要猴场的752份实验猴血清样本进行STLV-1抗体检测。结果显示,不同猴场实验猴STLV-1感染率差异较大,其中,云南猴场的感染率最高,达到25%,其次是广东境内的猴场,感染率为5%~13.5%,海南与河南境内猴场的检出率较低,分别为5%和3.13%,广西猴场未检出。按照动物种属划分,恒河猴感染率高于食蟹猴且差异显著(P<0.05)。调查结果可为实验猴生产繁育、质量控制和生物净化提供参考。To investigate the simian T-lymphotropic virus 1(STLV-1)infection situation of different experimental monkey breeding farms from Guangdong and other provinces,a total of 752 serum samples collected from monkey farms in Guangdong,Guangxi,Yunnan,Hainan and Henan provinces were detected for STLV-1 antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that the infection rates of STLV-1 were significantly different among different monkey’s breeding farms.Yunnan monkey’s breeding farm had the highest infection rate(25%),followed by Guangdong monkey’s breeding farm(5%-13.5%),Hainan and Henan monkey’s breeding farms had the lower infection rates of 5%and 3.13%respectively,and STLV-1 was not detected out in Guangxi monkey’s breeding farm.Classifying animals according to their species,the infection rate of Macaca mulatta was higher than that of Macaca fascicularis and the difference was significant(P0.05).The results can provide reference for the production and breeding,quality control and biological purification of experimental monkeys.
