摘 要:通过气质联用的方法检测了山苍子精油中的主要活性成分柠檬醛的含量,并且通过山苍子精油原油的抑菌圈试验,考察了山苍子精油原油对菌金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)、大肠埃希氏菌(8099)和白色念珠菌(ATCC 10231)的抑菌效果。通过考察辅料的溶解度,配制了6种不同配方的山苍子精油溶液剂。用最小抑菌浓度(MIC)方法检测了6种不同配方的山苍子精油溶液剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌效果。结果显示,使用的山苍子精油中柠檬醛的含量为19.87μg/mL。山苍子精油对3种菌株的抑菌圈直径均>20 mm,表明此3种菌对山苍子精油的抑制极为敏感。通过MIC结果可知,溶液剂A、溶液剂D和溶液剂C对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最好,MIC为1.95μL/mL;溶液剂B和溶液剂C对大肠埃希氏菌的抑菌效果最好,MIC为125.00μL/mL。而这6种山苍子精油溶液剂对白色念珠菌均无抑菌效果。6种不同配方的山苍子精油溶液剂对革兰氏阳性菌的抑菌效果普遍高于革兰氏阴性菌。In this study,the content of citral in the essential oil of Litsea cubeba was determined by GC-MS.The antibacterial activities of Litsea cubeba essential oil against Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC 6538),Escherichia coli(8099)and Candide albicans(ATCC 10231)were verified by bacteriostatic ring experiment of Litsea cubeba essential oil.Six different formulations of Litsea cubeba essential oil solution were prepared by verifying the solubility of the auxiliary agent.The antibacterial effects of 6 different formulations of Litsea cubeba essential oil solution against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were determined by the method of minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC).The results showed that the citral content in the essential oil of Litsea cubeba used in this study was 19.87μg/mL.The diameters of inhibition zone of essential oil to the three strains were>20 mm,indicating that the three strains were very sensitive to the inhibition of essential oil from Litsea cubeba.The MIC results showed that solution A,solution D and solution C had the better antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus,with MIC of 1.95μL/mL.Solution B and solution C had the better inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli,with MIC of 125.00μL/mL.None of the six essential oil solutions had any antibacterial effect on Candida albicans.In this experiment,six different formulations of Litsea cubeba essential oil solutions showed higher antibacterial effect on Gram-positive bacteria than on Gram-negative bacteria.
