摘　　要：中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs)是由中性粒细胞在各种刺激作用下释放到胞外的一种网状结构。它不但是机体各组织炎症时的一种免疫防御机制,而且在其过量时也可以进一步加重疾病。目前关于NETs在肝脏炎症中的作用研究较多,主要集中在医学研究。为总结NETs在肝脏炎症中的作用和为兽医研究提供思路,论文对NETs的生成机制,以及NETs在肝脏感染性炎症、酒精性肝炎、非酒精性脂肪肝炎和自身免疫性肝炎中作用的研究进展进行了综述。Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)are a kind of network structures released by neutrophils to the outside of the cells under various stimuli.It is not only an immune defense mechanism when various tissues of the body are inflamed,but also can further aggravate the disease when it is overdose.At present,there are many researches on the role of NETs in liver inflammation,mainly focusing on human medical research.In order to summarize the role of NETs in liver inflammation and provide ideas for veterinary research,this article reviewed the mechanism of NETs generation and the roles of NETs in liver infectious inflammation,alcoholic hepatitis,non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and autoimmune hepatitis.
