摘　　要：空气污染暴露与心脑血管疾病相关,是导致慢性非传染性疾病的重要因素之一。短期暴露和长期暴露于空气污染中与心脑血管系统疾病的发生关系密切,本文综述了近年关于空气污染与心脑血管疾病相关性研究,总结了空气污染暴露损伤机体的机制,旨在更好地认识空气污染与心脑血管疾病的关联性。Air pollution has severe detrimental effects on public health.A substantial number of studies have demonstrated that air pollution exposure is a risk factor for the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and a cause of non-communicable diseases.Both long-term and short-term exposure to air pollution are associated with respiratory diseases,stroke,coronary artery disease,and diabetes.Aiming to better understand the association,we reviewed the latest studies about the association of air pollution with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,especially stroke,coronary heart disease,arrhythmia,hypertension,and heart failure,and summarized the underlying mechanisms of the health damage caused by long-term and short-term exposure to air pollution.
