摘  要:直流断路器是柔性直流输电系统组网的关键设备,对直流输配电网的安全性、稳定性有着重要的意义。文中提出了一种基于绝缘栅双极型晶体管(insulated gate bipolar transistor,IGBT)的新型固态直流断路器拓扑,在提高断路器切断电流能力的同时,提高了避雷器和IGBT的使用寿命。通过引入接地引流二极管,减轻避雷器吸收能量的压力,加快电流分断的速度。基于所提拓扑设计了10 kV的直流断路器模型,在PSCAD/EMTDC中进行了验证,仿真结果表明:基于所提出的方案,最大开断电流可达5kA,故障电流转移到主断流支路的时间为0.4 ms,避雷器吸收能量的时间为1.89 ms,同时减少了避雷器吸收的能量,符合直流断路器的设计要求。文中的仿真结果验证了该方案的可行性。DC circuit breaker is the key equipment of flexible DC transmission system networking and is of great significance to safety and stability of DC transmission and distribution network.A kind of a new type of solid-state DC circuit breaker topology based on an insulated gate bipolar transistor(the IGBT)is proposed which,at the time of improving the circuit break in switching off the current,improves the service life of the arrester and IGBT.The pressure of arrester to absorb energy can be reduced and the switching off speed can be facilitated by introducing a ground drain diode.A 10 kV DC circuit breaker model is designed based on the proposed topology and verified in PSCAD/EMTDC.The simulation results show that based on the proposed scheme,the maximum breaking current can reach5 kA,the time of commutation of fault current to the main breaking branch is 0.4 ms and the time for the arrester to absorb the energy is 1.89 ms.At the same time,the energy absorbed by the arrester is reduced,which meets the design requirements of DC circuit breaker.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by the simulation results in the paper.
