摘  要:环氧树脂浇注的盆式绝缘子在SF_(6)绝缘设备中应用广泛,而盆式绝缘子在放电故障下和SF_(6)的反应机理尚不明确,环氧树脂对SF_(6)放电分解机理的影响值得研究。文中旨在通过搭建环氧树脂和SF_(6)气体的针—板放电模型,研究二者在沿面放电下的分解气体规律。文中用逐步升压法模拟SF_(6)气体和环氧树脂在5种极间距下的放电情况,检测了CF_(4)、CO_(2)、SOF_(2)、SO_(2)F_(2)、SO_(2)、H_(2)S和CS_(2)等7种气体的体积分数,发现放电次数较少时主要成分是SOF_(2)、CF_(4),其次是CO_(2)和SO_(2),而SO_(2)F_(2)生成比较微量;放电达一定次数后CS_(2)、H_(2)S等气体才逐渐出现,体积分数也最微小。因此,CS_(2)和H_(2)S气体适合作为表征环氧树脂绝缘状态的指标。文中分析了各特征气体的主要生成途径,解释了这7种气体体积分数差异的原因;同时发现,随着极间距的增加,不同气体的变化规律也不完全一样。Spacer insulator casted with epoxy resin is used widely in SF_(6)insulation equipment,while,the reaction mechanism of the spacer insulator with SF_(6)under discharge faults is still unclear.Therefore,the effect of epoxy res⁃in on the discharge decomposition mechanism of SF_(6)is worth studying.In this paper,the law of decomposition gas of epoxy resin and SF_(6)along the surface through setting up pin⁃plate discharge model of the epoxy resin and SF_(6)gas is studied.The step⁃up pressure method is used in this paper to simulate the discharge situation of SF_(6)gas and the epoxy resin at 5 kinds of pole clearance,the contents of such 7 types of gases as CF_(4),CO_(2),SOF_(2),SO_(2)F_(2),SO_(2),H_(2)S and CS_(2)are detected,finding that,in case of few numbers of discharge,the main components are SOF_(2)and CF_(4),followed by CO_(2)and SO_(2),while the formation of SO_(2)F_(2)is relatively little.With the increase of discharge times,CS_(2)and H_(2)S etc gradually appear with slight contents.Therefore,CS_(2)and H_(2)S are suitable for indicating the insulation state of epoxy resin.In this paper,the main pathway of formation of these characteristic gases are analyzed and the reasons for the content differences of the 7 kinds of gases are explained.At the same time,it is found that with the increase of pole clearance,the variation law of different gases is not exactly identical.
