摘 要:采用直流进行能量汇集和传输的全直流海上风电场代表了未来海上风电场的一种发展趋势。直流断路器是构建全直流风电场的核心设备。文中通过对全直流海上风电场的调研和分析,提出一种多端海上直流风电场系统拓扑,并结合海上风电场的主流参数要求对其电压等级和容量等级等参数进行配置;基于该风电场搭建仿真模型,进行稳态和故障仿真分析,提取出适用于该系统的直流断路器参数;基于该参数开展直流断路器各个部件的设计及仿真,并开展适用于海上平台应用条件的结构设计,设计出40 k V级适合海上风电场环境的直流断路器,可在3 ms内开断9 kA的故障电流,并具有重量轻、抗腐蚀、抗振动等特点。The all-DC offshore wind farm which uses DC for energy collection and transmission represents a development trend of offshore wind farm in the future.DC circuit breaker is the core equipment of all-DC wind farm.Based on research and analysis of all-DC offshore wind farm,a kind of multi terminal offshore DC wind farm system topology is proposed in this paper.Such parameters as the topology’s voltage level and capacity level are also configured in combination with the main parameters of offshore wind farm.Furthermore,simulation model based on the wind farm is set up,steady-state and fault simulation analysis are carried out and the parameters of DC circuit breaker suitable for the system are extracted.With these parameters,the design and simulation of each component of the DC circuit breaker are implemented.Then,the structural design for offshore platform application conditions is carried out.A 40 kV DC circuit breaker,which is suitable for offshore wind farm environment,can interrupt the fault current at 9 kA within 3 ms and with such features as low weight,high corrosion resistance and anti-vibration,is designed.
