摘 要:文中从微观粒子动力学特性出发,以特高压GIS(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)隔离开关为研究对象,建立隔离开关SF_(6)放电数学模型,分析气室结构和操作特性对电弧电阻的影响,计算得到隔离开关操作下触头间隙多次重复击穿VFTO全波频暂态特性,并与实测波形进行对比,结果表明:隔离开关电弧放电模型受触头间隙电场结构及操作速度影响,当间隙距离由1 cm上升至9 cm时,流注发展时间由10.32 ns上升至90.22 ns,电弧电阻最大下降速率与燃弧电阻至分别由1.17×10;Ω/ns和0.71Ω增大至9.36×10;Ω/ns和20.22Ω;以分闸操作为例,对比分析多次重击穿下的VFTO仿真波形与实测波形,二者击穿次数,残余电压,最大幅值,以及波形陡度等参数基本一致,误差在1.36%~9.98%之间,单次击穿波形在6.8、19.6 MHz和33.2 MHz频率段上的电压分量具有较高的吻合度。隔离开关电弧放电模型能够充分考虑隔离开关气室结构和操作特性等因素,更好的指导隔离开关工程设计需求。Based on the kinetic properties of microparticle in this paper,the disconnector of UHV gas insulated switchgear(GIS)is taken as the study object,the SF;discharge mathematical model of the disconnector is set up to analyze the influence of gas compartment structure and operation characteristic on arc resistance. The VFTO full waveform transient characteristics of multiple repeated breakdown of contact gap of the disconnector under operation is obtained by the calculation and is compared with the actually measured waveform. It is shown by the result that the arc discharge model of the disconnector is affected by the electric filed structure of contact gap and operation speed.With the clearance distance rising from 1 cm to 9 cm,the streamer development time rises from 10.32 ns to90.22 ns,the maximum descent speed and arc resistance rises from 1.17×10;Ω/ns and 0.71 Ω to 9.36×10;Ω/ns and20.22 Ω,respectively.With the opening operation as an example,the simulation waveform of VFTO and the actually measured waveform under the multiple restrike is compared and analyzed and such parameters as the number of breakdowns,residual voltages,max amplitudes and wave steepness of them are almost identical with the error between 1.36% and 9.98%. While,the voltage components,when the single breakdown waveform is in the frequency of 1.1 MHz and 6.8 MHz,19.6 MHz and 33.2 MHz,has higher agreement. The arc discharge model of the disconnector can fully consider such factors of the disconnector as compartment structure and operating characteristics so to better guide the need of engineering design of the disconnector.
