摘  要:针对252 kV GIS内隔离开关在实际运行中出现的销钉脱落、机械卡涩和分合闸不到位等问题,文中提出基于外拐臂旋转角位移与驱动电机绕组电流的机械故障检测方法。通过对变电站实测GIS内隔离开关外拐臂角位移曲线采用DTW(动态时间规整)算法进行可视化处理,使用3次样条插值对GIS内隔离开关驱动电机标准出厂电流进行拟合形成上下包络曲线,并判断变电站实测驱动电机电流曲线是否位于上下包络之内,即可实现对GIS内隔离开关机械故障的有效检测。结果表明,当GIS内隔离开关存在机械故障时,外拐臂旋转角位移曲线经DTW处理后的可视化曲线呈水平状态、颜色深度在0.3~0.7之间,且驱动电机电流曲线超出标准电流曲线的上包络。将外拐臂旋转角位移与驱动电机绕组电流作为检测GIS内隔离开关机械故障的判据,可以有效判断GIS内隔离开关是否存在机械故障,有效提高了故障检测的准确性。In view of such problems as falling off of pins,mechanical jamming,opening and closing not to final position of disconnector in 252 kV GIS in actual operation,the mechanical fault detection method based on the rotational angular displacement of outer crank and winding current of driving motor is proposed in this paper.The visual processing is performed by using DTW(dynamic time neat)algorithm by way of the actually measured crank angular displacement curve of disconnector in the GIS,the cubic spline interpolation is used to fit the standard delivery current of the driving motor of the disconnector in the GIS to form upper and lower envelope curve and judge whether the actually measured current curve of the drive motor in the substation is in the upper and lower envelope,thus achieving the effective detection of mechanical fault of the disconnector in the GIS.The results show that in case of mechanical fault of disconnector in the GIS,the visual curve of the rotation angular displacement curve of the outer crank processed by DTW shows a horizontal state with a color depth within 0.3~0.7,and the current curve of the driving motor exceeds the upper envelope of the standard current curve.Taking the rotational angular displacement of the outer arm and the winding current of the driving motor as the criteria for detecting the mechanical faults of the disconnector GIS can judge effectively whether the disconnector in the GIS has mechanical fault and can improve effectively the accuracy of fault detection.
