摘 要:合闸弹簧作为断路器合闸的动力源,当发生疲劳失效时会导致断路器合不到位、拒动等故障。文中以某一12 kV真空断路器为研究对象,分析断路器合闸弹簧能量与负载的匹配规律,并通过试验得到断路器合闸所需的最小能量。通过模拟断路器长期不动作运行工况下的合闸弹簧长时间处于被压缩状态,得到合闸弹簧力随时间变化的静态应力松弛曲线;通过对断路器进行机械寿命试验,得到合闸弹簧力随断路器动作次数变化的动态应力松弛曲线。最后,建立断路器合闸弹簧贮存寿命模型和疲劳寿命模型,实现断路器合闸弹簧寿命预测和故障预警。Closing spring,as the power source of circuit breaker(CB)in closing operation,will,in case of failure due to fatigue,cause such faults of the circuit breaker as not closing to the end and refusing operation.In this paper,a 12 kV vacuum CB is taken as the research object and the match rule between energy of closing spring and its load is analyzed and the minimum energy needed by the closing operation of the circuit breaker is obtained by the test.The time-varying static stress relaxation curve of closing spring force is obtained by simulating the closing spring,which is at compression condition for a long time when the circuit breaker is at long-term non-operating condition.The time-varying dynamic stress relaxation curve of closing spring force with operation numbers of circuit breaker is obtained by way of mechanical endurance test of circuit breaker.Finally,the storage and fatigue life models of the closing spring of the circuit are set up and life prediction and fault early warning of CB are achieved.
