摘　　要：目的:探讨Orem自我护理模式对肾上腺肿瘤患者的影响。方法:将62例肾上腺肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组各31例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用Orem自我护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理服务质量评分、自我护理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05),两组住院时间、早期下床活动时间、疼痛评分、护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Orem自我护理模式可改善肾上腺肿瘤患者的负性情绪,提高患者自我护理能力,减轻疼痛,促进患者尽快恢复,提升整体护理服务质量。Objective:To explore the effect of Orem self-care mode in patients with adrenal tumors.Methods:A total of 62 cases of patients with adrenal tumor were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,31 cases in each group,The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group on this basis adopted Orem self-care mode,comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results:The nursing service quality and self care ability scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores were lower in the observation group after the intervention than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the hospitalization,in the early time out of bed,pain scores and nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orem self-care mode can improve the negative emotions in adrenal tumor patients,improve their self care ability,alleviate pain,promote their recovery as soon as possible,and improve the overall quality of nursing service.
