摘 要:为解决以煤油为捕收剂浮选某钼矿时捕收能力不足、回收率低的问题,以中性油与煤油复配成复合烃油作为辉钼矿的新型复合捕收剂,在原矿Mo品位0.125%、磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占55.11%、复合捕收剂用量100 g/t(煤油与中性油配比1∶1)条件下,可获得Mo品位45.20%、回收率83.04%的钼精矿;与以煤油作捕收剂相比,其品位和回收率分别提高了1.50个百分点和4.31个百分点。There exist problems of insufficient collecting capacity and low recovery in the flotation process of a molybdenum raw ore with Mo grade of 0.125% by using kerosene as the collector.Aiming at that,a novel molybdenite collector of composited hydrocarbon oil was developed by mixing neutral oil and kerosene.With the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 55.11% and the dosage of a combined collector at 100 g/t(the ratio of kerosene to neutral oil of 1∶1),a molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 45.20% and recovery of 83.04% can be obtained.Compared with the original process with kerosene as collector,this new approach can improve the grade and recovery by 1.50 percentage points and 4.31 percentage points,respectively.
