摘 要:某胶磷矿选厂入磨原矿中-0.074 mm粒级含量7.05%,这部分矿石一方面影响磨矿分级效果,另一方面影响浮选效果。为解决该问题进行了预选脱泥,即-0.074 mm粒级矿样直接浮选,而对+0.074 mm粒级矿样进行磨矿-浮选,结果表明,与原矿直接磨矿-浮选相比,脱泥磨矿效果可以提升8.90%,脱泥浮选产率提高了0.46个百分点,回收率提高了3.37个百分点,调整剂用量下降了0.64%,捕收剂用量下降了9.75%。In a collophane concentrator,the raw ore with the particle size in the range of-0.074 mm accounts for 7.05%.This part affects the performance of both the grinding-classification and the flotation.To solve the problem,a desliming pretreatment was conducted,through which the raw ore at a sizing of-0.074 mm was separated out and processed directly by flotation,while the raw ore at a sizing of +0.074 mm was treated using a grinding and flotation flowsheet.Compared with the raw ore directly processed with grinding and flotation approach,the new processing technique can improve the desliming-grinding efficiency by 8.90%,increase the yield and recovery of desliming-flotation process by 0.46 percentage point and 3.37 percentage points,respectively,as well as decrease the dosage for regulator and collector by 0.64% and 9.75%,respectively.
