摘 要:为综合利用兰坪低品位天青石资源,对其进行了浮选工艺研究。结果表明,在磨矿粒度-0.074 mm粒级占94.85%、浮选温度30±3℃条件下,采用一粗二扫五精闭路浮选流程,获得了精矿产率32.47%、SrSO_(4)品位84.76%、回收率85.13%的技术指标。研究成果可为低品位天青石矿的工程应用提供技术支撑。To actualize the comprehensive utilization of low-grade celestite ore from Lanping of Yunnan Province,flotation experiments were performed for it.After this run-of-mine ore was milled to a fineness of-0.074 mm 94.85%,a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing,two stages of scavenging and five stages of cleaning was adopted to treat this ore with the pulp temperature at 30±3 ℃,resulting in the concentrate grading 84.76% SrSO_(4)at 85.13% recovery,with a yield of 32.47%.This processing technique can provide technical support for the engineering application of low-grade celestite resource.
