摘 要:根据剪切解络-超滤过程中金属离子的动态浓度关系和质量守恒定律,采用CodeBlocks17.12软件编写程序,建立了剪切解络-超滤工艺关键指标预测模型,实现了金属离子浓度、回收率、体积稀释倍数等指标的预测,并用实验加以验证。依次在转速800 r/min、1 400 r/min、3 000 r/min下回收模拟废水中43μg/L的Co^(2+)、995μg/L的Ni^(2+)和88μg/L的La^(3+),3种金属的回收率均达99.8%以上时,超滤过程体积稀释倍数的预测值分别为7.0、7.5、5.75,实验值分别为7.5、7.25、6.25,可见预测值与实验值基本一致。本模型对研究方案制定和调整有实际指导意义。According to the law of conservation of mass and the dynamic concentration measurement of metal ions in the process of shearing induced decomplexation-ultrafiltration,a prediction model for key indexes of the process was constructed by programming using CodeBlocks17.12 software,which could predict indexes of concentration and recovery rate of metal ions,dilution factor.Then,an experiment was conducted to verify this model.In the experiment,the simulated wastewater with 43 μg/L Co^(2+),995 μg/L Ni^(2+) and 88 μg/L La^(3+) was processed with the rotation speed at 800 r/min,1 400 r/min and 3 000 r/min in turn,showing the recovery rates of three metals all exceeding 99.8%.The predicted dilution factors in the process of ultrafiltration were 7.0,7.5 and 5.75,while the values obtained from experiments were 7.5,7.25 and 6.25,respectively.It is shown that the predicted values are basically consistent with the experiment results.It is concluded that this model is of practical significance in guiding the formulation and adjustment of research schemes.
