摘 要:针对赤泥脱硫剂效率低和寿命短的问题,在水浴条件下利用Ca(OH)_(2)对赤泥进行热改性,获得了脱硫性能较好的热改性脱硫剂。适宜的水浴热改性条件为:Ca(OH)_(2)与赤泥质量比1∶1、温度60℃、时间6 h、液固比3∶1。脱硫实验结果表明,赤泥脱硫剂经3 h脱硫反应,脱硫效率从100%降到了45%;热改性赤泥脱硫剂经10 h脱硫反应,脱硫效率从100%降到了92.2%。改性赤泥脱硫剂比表面积、孔容和孔径分别为25.6 m;/g、0.12 cm^(2)/g和26.1 nm,远高于单一赤泥、Ca(OH)_(2)的相应指标。改性脱硫剂抑制了脱硫产物对脱硫剂孔道的堵塞,提高了脱硫剂使用寿命,具有优异的脱硫性能。Aiming at the problems of low desulfurization efficiency and short service life of red mud,a thermally modified desulfurizer was obtained after thermal modification of red mud by using Ca(OH)_(2)in water bath,showing a good desulfurization performance.The desulfurization experiment with the optimal thermal modification conditions including Ca(OH)_(2)and red mud in a mass ratio of 1∶1,water bath at temperature of 60 ℃ for 6 h,and the liquid-solid ratio of 3∶1,shows that the desulfurization efficiency drops from 100% to 45% after thermally modified red mud undergoes 3 h desulfurization reaction,and drops from 100% to 92.2% after 10 h desulfurization reaction.It is shown the specific surface area,pore volume and pore size of the modified red mud are 25.6 m;/g,0.12 cm^(2)/g and 26.1 nm respectively,much higher than the corresponding indicators of single red mud and Ca(OH)_(2).The modified red mud,as the desulfurizer,can inhibit the blockage of its pores by desulfurization products,which prolongs its service life as desulfurizer,thus showing an excellent desulfurization performance.
