摘  要:采用2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)从离子吸附型稀土矿石浸出液中络合沉淀除铝,考察了PBTCA用量、溶液pH值、反应时间以及反应温度对铝离子分离效果的影响。结果表明,在PBTCA与Al^(3+)物质的量比为1∶5、溶液pH=4.5、反应温度30℃、反应时间10 min条件下,Al^(3+)沉淀率达98.39%,而稀土损失率仅5.39%,除铝效果较好。2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid(PBTCA) was used to remove aluminum from leach solution of ion-adsorbed rare earth ores by complex precipitation,and the effects of PBTCA dosage,pH value of solution,reaction time and reaction temperature on the separation of aluminum ions were all investigated.With PBTCA and aluminum ions at a molar ratio of 1∶ 5,the pH of solution at 4.5,the reaction temperature at 30 ℃ and the reaction time of 10 min,the precipitation rate of Al^(3+) is 98.39%,while the loss rate of rare earth is only 5.39%,indicating a good aluminum removal effect.
