铜基合金水套综合热导率仿真分析

摘  要:为考察合金管对铜基合金水套热导率的影响,建立了铜基合金水套综合传热数学模型,考察了合金管热导率对合金水套综合热导率、冷却水流速以及合金管热导率对合金水套本体与冷却水之间传热系数的影响。结果表明,设定冷却水流速为1.5 m/s时,随着合金管热导率增大,合金水套本体与冷却水之间的传热系数不断增大,合金管热导率从2 W/(m·K)增大到50 W/(m·K),水套本体与冷却水之间的传热系数增大近10倍,但当合金管热导率大于100 W/(m·K)以后,其对合金水套本体与冷却水之间的传热系数影响变小。在选择合金水套的合金材料时,建议其热导率控制在20~100 W/(m·K)。In order to investigate the effect of alloy tube on the thermal conductivity of copper-based alloy water jacket,a mathematical model of comprehensive heat transfer was established for the copper-based alloy water jacket,and the effect of the thermal conductivity of alloy tube on the comprehensive thermal conductivity of alloy water jacket,the effect of cooling water velocity and the thermal conductivity of alloy tube on the heat transfer coefficient between alloy water jacket and cooling water were all investigated.The results show that with the flow rate of 1.5 m/s for the cooling water,the heat transfer coefficient between the alloy water jacket and the cooling water increases with the increase of the thermal conductivity of the alloy tube.When the thermal conductivity of the alloy tube increases from 2 W/(m·K) to 50 W/(m·K),the heat transfer coefficient between the water jacket and the cooling water increases by nearly 10 times,but when the thermal conductivity of the alloy tube is greater than 100 W/(m·K),its influence on the heat transfer coefficient between the water jacket and the cooling water becomes less.It is suggested that the thermal conductivity of the alloy water jacket should be controlled at 20~100 W/(m·K) in deciding the alloy material of alloy water jacket.
