摘　　要：根据马克思的再生产理论研究了现阶段中国实施新发展格局的必要性,在此基础上分析了市场监管如何助力构建新发展格局。文章认为:在两个大局下,国内国际环境的变化需要中国实施新发展格局;现阶段高质量商品和服务的供给不足以及“卡脖子”问题阻碍新发展格局的构建;市场监管可以增加高质量商品的供给从而助于新发展格局的构建;市场监管中的知识产权保护可以激励企业创新能力,从而助力构建新发展格局。要更好地发挥市场监管在构建新发展格局中的促进作用,应健全和完善相应的法律法规、加强执法队伍建设、提高技术手段、加大违法惩罚力度、加强市场监管结果披露等。Based on Marxist theory of reproduction,this paper studies the necessity of following the new development pattern in China,and then analyzes how market regulation can help build a new development pattern.The article holds that:First,when China is realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the world is undergoing great changes unprecedented in a century,the situation of domestic and international environment requires China to implement a new development pattern.Second,currently the insufficient supply of high-quality goods and the technology problems hinder the construction of a new development pattern.Third,market regulation can help increase the supply of high-quality goods,thus contributing to the construction of a new development pattern.Fourth,intellectual property protection as part of the market supervision can stimulate innovation of enterprises,which is to help build the new development pattern.Besides,if market supervision is to play a better role in building a new development pattern,we need to improve the corresponding laws and regulations,strengthen the law enforcement team,improve technology,relentlessly disclose those who violate the regulations and impose stricter punishment.
