针灸联合黄芪对冠心病心绞痛患者血清正五聚蛋白-3、可溶性CD40L水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析针灸联合黄芪对冠心病心绞痛患者正五聚蛋白-3(PTX-3)、可溶性CD40L(sCD40L)水平的影响。方法:收集冠心病心绞痛患者150例作为研究对象,将患者分为对照组与研究组各75例。对照组使用黄芪进行治疗,研究组使用针灸联合黄芪治疗,比较两组血液流变参数、免疫功能指标、血脂代谢水平、PTX-3、sCD40L水平、中医证候积分、治疗效果。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后血液流变参数降低,且研究组变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高,CD8^(+)降低,且研究组变化情况较优(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高,且研究组变化情况较明显(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后PTX-3、sCD40L降低,研究组变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后中医症候积分降低,且研究组变化情况较优(P<0.05),与对照组相比,研究组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合黄芪可改善冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状,疗效较好。Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture and astragalus on the levels of pentraxin-3(PTX-3)and soluble CD40L(sCD40L)in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were collected as the research object,and the patients were divided into a control group and a study group with 75 cases each.The control group was treated with astragalus,and the study group was treated with acupuncture and astragalus.The blood rheology parameters,immune function indexes,blood lipid metabolism levels,PTX-3,sCD40L levels,TCM syndrome scores,and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,the hemorheological parameters decreased after treatment,and the changes in the study group were better(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)increased and CD8^(+)decreased after treatment,and the changes in the study group were better(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,total bile solid(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)decreased and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)increased after treatment,and the changes in the study group were better(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,PTX-3 and sCD40L decreased after treatment,and the changes in the study group were better(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome score decreased after treatment,and the change of the study group was better(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with astragalus can improve the clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms of patients.
