含碘中药治疗甲状腺疾病研究进展

摘　　要：甲状腺相关疾病是临床多发病,其临床表现具有异质性,现代医学治疗甲状腺疾病主要通过抗甲状腺药物治疗、甲状腺素(TH)制剂治疗、放射线核素治疗、手术治疗等,具有不良反应大、易复发等缺点;古代医家治疗甲状腺疾病经验丰富且论述颇多,其中含碘中药的应用发挥重要作用,但是长期、过量摄入碘剂,则容易引发常见甲状腺疾病,如甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状腺炎等。含碘中药的使用应因人而异,甲状腺功能亢进症应慎用富碘中药,缺碘引起甲状腺结节、甲状腺瘤、甲状腺肿等,可适当选用富碘中药;甲状腺炎的患者,可选用含碘量低的中药。随着近代医学的发展,含碘中药治疗甲状腺疾病的机制逐渐被阐明,其临床疗效正逐渐被认可,本文通过搜索查阅含碘中药治疗甲状腺疾病的文献报道,从含碘中药治疗甲状腺疾病的疗效机制进行综述分析,以期为临床上运用含碘中药治疗甲状腺疾病提供借鉴和参考。Thyroid related diseases are frequently occurring in clinic,and their clinical manifestations are heterogeneous.Modern medical treatment of thyroid diseases is mainly through antithyroid drug therapy,TH preparation therapy,radionuclide therapy,surgical treatment and so on,which has the disadvantages of large side effects and easy recurrence.Ancient doctors had rich experience in the treatment of thyroid diseases and had a lot of discussions.Among them,the application of iodine-containing traditional Chinese medicine played an important role,but long-term and excessive intake of iodine could easily lead to common thyroid diseases,such as hyperthyroidism,thyroiditis and so on.The use of iodine-containing Chinese herbs should vary from person to person.Iodine rich traditional Chinese medicine should be used with caution in hyperthyroidism.Iodine deficiency can cause thyroid nodules,thyroid tumors and goiter.Patients with thyroiditis can choose traditional Chinese medicine with low iodine content.With the development of modern medicine,the mechanism of iodine-containing traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid diseases has been gradually clarified,and its clinical efficacy is gradually recognized.This paper summarizes and analyzes the therapeutic mechanism of iodine-containing traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid diseases by searching and consulting the literature reports of iodine-containing traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid diseases,so as to provide reference for the clinical use of iodine-containing traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid diseases.
