摘　　要：DRP系统是集采购、销售、存货、分析于一体的系统,它是从客户下单到配货、发货、等流程的处理中心。随着企业规模的扩大,对原料的采购、质量控制、库存控制等等问题的难度越来越大。本文针对目前的社会形势,企业的存在的问题设计了一套比较完善的DRP系统,能帮助企业解决网络销售和长远管理方面的问题,既能及时补充仓库库存,保证及时供货,又能避免大量囤货,降低不必要的风险,使企业利润最大化。DRP system is a system that integrates purchasing,sales,inventory,and analysis.It is the processing center for the processes from the customer’s order to the distribution,delivery,and other processes.With the expansion of the scale of enterprises,it is becoming more and more difficult to purchase raw materials,quality control,inventory control and other issues.In view of the current social situation and the existing problems of enterprises,this paper designs a relatively complete DRP system,which can help enterprises solve the problems of online sales and long-term management,which can not only replenish warehouse inventory in time,ensure timely delivery,but also avoid them.Stock up in large quantities,reduce unnecessary risks,and maximize corporate profits.
