摘　　要：[研究目的]在赋权类非线性学术评价方法中广泛存在伪权重与权重失灵问题,这是两个隐含问题,研究其影响、形成机制和两者关系很有必要。[研究方法]在理论分析的基础上,以TOPSIS评价法为例,基于JCR2019管理学期刊文献计量指标,通过对评价值与评价指标的拟合计算得到实际权重,从而将TOPSIS评价方法转化为加权线性评价方法,进而研究其伪权重与权重失灵问题。[研究结论]研究结果表明:赋权类非线性评价存在伪权重与权重失灵现象;权重失灵有利于降低高相关指标的伪权重问题;对低相关指标的伪权重问题必须引起足够的重视;权重失灵弱化了高相关指标非线性评价方法的选择;在学术评价中应充分采取多种方法进行评价。[Research purpose]Pseudo-weights and weight failures are widespread in the weighted nonlinear academic evaluation methods.These are two hidden problems.It is of great significance to study their influence,formation mechanism and the relationship between them.[Research method]On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper takes the TOPSIS evaluation method as an example,based on the JCR2019 management journal bibliometric indicators,and obtains the actual weights by fitting the evaluation values and evaluation indicators,thereby transforming the TOPSIS evaluation method into a weighted linear evaluation method.After that,this paper studies its pseudo weight and weight failure problem.[Research conclusion]The research results show that there are pseudo-weights and weight failures in weighted nonlinear evaluation;weight failures are conducive to reducing the pseudo-weights of high-relevant indicators;the pseudo-weights of low-relevant indicators must be paid enough attention;weight failure weakens the effect of selection of high correlation index nonlinear evaluation method;a variety of methods should be fully adopted for evaluation in academic evaluation.
