摘  要:水闸是一种低水头的水工建筑物,其在水位调节、蓄水灌溉、水资源调控等方面应用广泛,在水利工程中发挥着十分重要的作用。由于水闸结构长期运行的过程中遭受到各种自然环境和结构特性的影响,导致存在各种安全隐患问题,而闸底板作为保障结构安全性能最重要的一部分,所以对水闸定期安全检测过程中底板脱空检测十分重要。该文基于力学弹性波方法,检测某长期运行水闸底板混凝土质量,具体分析了检测原理、测线布置以及数据处理方法,根据水闸底板的弹性波(横波)冲击相应强度分布及脱空缺陷判别标准,推断底板混凝土与下伏淤泥质粉质黏土的分界线,查明底板混凝土的疏密情况。从结果上看,该文提出的水下闸底板脱空检测方法能够克服混凝土内部多层钢筋网和水的影响,准确的反应水闸底板地基脱空区域及程度,能够很好地掌握缺陷病害的分布状况,经济效益和社会效益显著,具有巨大的推广价值。In water conservancy engineering,sluices,as a kind of low head hydraulic structure,its application is very extensive.Such as the regulation of water resources,water level control,water irrigation and so on.However,sluices inevitably produce a variety of hidden dangers due to a variety of natural environment and the characteristics of its own problems.It is very important to test sluice regularly when the using reaches a certain fixed number of year.The void detection of sluice floor is the most important part of sluice safety appraisal.In this study,the mechanical elastic wave method is used to detect the concrete quality of the bottom slab of a long-term sluice based on the theory of elastic wave.Specifically,the detection principle,line arrangement,as well as the method of data processing are analyzed.According to the elastic wave(shear wave)of sluice floor impact strength distribution and corresponding pavement defect discrimination standard,the boundary between the bottom concrete and the underlying silt is observed,and the void of the sluice floor concrete is found out.
