摘 要:目的了解甘肃省大学生生态环境与健康素养具备情况。方法于2018年11月—2019年12月,在甘肃省49所普通高等院校中随机抽取14所院校(其中高职及以上院校10所,中专院校4所),再按照分层整群随机方法抽取12057名大学生。以环境保护部发布的《公民环境与健康素养测评技术指南(试行)》中“公民环境与健康素养测评核心试题”为基础设计问卷,调查对象基本信息和47道生态环境与健康素养测试题。对不同特征人群生态环境与健康素养水平进行χ;检验,生态环境与健康素养水平影响因素分析采用二分类多因素Logistic回归模型进行统计学分析。结果甘肃省大学生生态环境与健康素养的具备率为17.66%(2129人),一级分类素养的具备率分别为基本理念29.16%(3516人)、基本知识5.99%(722人)和基本技能31.16%(3757人);二级分类素养的具备率分别为基本认知24.07%(2902人)、基本态度47.33%(5707人)、科学知识10.11%(1219人)、行为知识14.42%(1739人)、认知技能67.11%(8092人)和操作技能27.60%(3328人)。不同性别、年级、民族和学历的大学生生态环境与健康素养具备率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,影响大学生生态环境与健康素养的主要因素是年级(OR=2.06,95%CI 1.76~2.40)、民族(OR=0.64,95%CI 0.55~0.75)和学历(OR=0.47,95%CI 0.39~0.56)。结论甘肃省大学生生态环境与健康素养水平较低,特别是基本知识方面。OBJECTIVE To analyzes the ecological environment and health literacy of college students in Gansu Province.METHODS From November 2018 to December 2019,a total of 14 colleges(including 10 higher vocational colleges and above and 4 technical secondary schools)were randomly selected from 49 ordinary colleges and universities in Gansu Province,and then 12057 students were selected according to the stratified cluster random method.The questionnaire was designed based on the“Core Test Questions of Citizen’s Environmental and Health Literacy Assessment”in the Technical Guide for Citizen’s Environmental and Health Literacy Assessment(Trial)issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection,with the basic information of the respondents and 47 ecological environment and health literacy test questions.χ;test was carried out on the ecological environment and health literacy level of people with different characteristics,and the influencing factors of ecological environment and health literacy level were analyzed by using binary multivariate Logistic regression model.RESULTS The possession rate of ecological environment and health literacy of college students in Gansu Province was 17.66%(n=2129),and the possession rate of the first-class classification literacy was 29.16%(n=3516)of basic ideas,5.99%(n=722)of basic knowledge and 31.16%(n=3757)of basic skills,respectively.The attainment rates of the secondary classification literacy were basic cognition 24.07%(n=2902),basic attitude 47.33%(n=5707),scientific knowledge 10.11%(n=1219),behavioral knowledge 14.42%(n=1739),cognitive skills 67.11%(n=8092)and operational skills 27.60%(n=3328).There were significant differences in the ecological environment and health literacy of college students with different gender,grade,nationality and educational background(P<0.05).The main factors affecting college students’ecological environment and health literacy were grade(OR=2.06,95%CI 1.76-2.40),nationality(OR=0.64,95%CI 0.55-0.75)and educational background(OR=0.47,95%CI 0.39-0.5
