腔镜腋下大汗腺精准切除术治疗重度腋臭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腔镜腋下大汗腺精准切除术对重度腋臭患者的疗效及对复发率和并发症发生率的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2020年1月笔者医院诊治的重度腋臭患者120例为研究对象,根据患者意愿选择手术方式,分为传统手术组(行传统小切口腋下大汗腺切除术)和腔镜手术组(行腔镜腋下大汗腺精准切除术),各60例。比较两组患者的治疗效果,观察两组手术时间、术后愈合时间、半年内复发率及并发症发生情况。结果:腔镜手术组愈合时间为(10.78±1.69)d,短于传统手术组的(14.65±1.46)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腔镜手术组术后有效率为100.00%,高于传统手术组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腔镜手术组并发症发生率明显低于传统手术组,患者满意度高于传统手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腔镜腋下大汗腺精准切除术对重度腋臭患者的治疗效果较好,术后愈合早,损伤小,患者满意度高,具有良好的应用价值。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic precision axillary apocrine excision on patients with severe axillary bromhidrosis, and its influence on the recurrence rate and complication rate. Methods 120 patients with severe axillary bromhidrosis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the wishes of patients, the surgical methods were selected and divided into the traditional surgery group(traditional small incision axillary apocrine gland resection) and the endoscopic surgery group(endoscopic axillary sweat gland precise resection), with 60 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The operation time,postoperative healing time, recurrence rate within half a year and incidence of complications were observed. Results The healing time of the endoscopic surgery group was(10.78±1.69) d, which was slightly shorter than that of the traditional surgery group(14.65±1.46) d, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The postoperative effective rate of the endoscopic surgery group was 100.00%, higher than that of the traditional surgery group(90.00%, P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the endoscopic surgery group was significantly lower than that in the traditional surgery group(P<0.05).The patients, satisfaction in the endoscopic surgery group was higher than that in the traditional surgery group(P <0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic axillary sweat gland precise resection for patients with severe axillary bromhidrosis has good therapeutic effect, early postoperative healing, small injury, high patient satisfaction, and has good application value.
