内板外板缝线标志法在缝合器式包皮环切术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察内板、外板缝线标志法在缝合器式包皮环切术中应用效果。方法:245例患者随机分成两组,观察组130例,采用内板、外板缝线标志法进行缝合器式包皮环切术;对照组115例,采用常规法进行缝合器式包皮环切术。结果:两组间手术时间、内板保留长度、是否完全保留系带及外板长短合适度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内板、外板缝线标志法可以在缝合器式包皮环切术中准确切割包皮内板、外板,使手术效果标准化,适用于各种品牌切割缝合器,具有良好的推广价值。Objective To observe the effect of suture marking method of inner and outer plate in circumcision. Methods 245patients were randomly divided into two groups. 130 cases in the observation group were treated with suture circumcision using the inner and outer plate suture marking method. 115 cases in the control group were treated with conventional suture circumcision. Results There were significant differences in the operation time, the retention length of the inner plate, whether to completely retain the frenum and the appropriateness of the length of the outer plate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The suture marking method of the inner and outer plates can accurately cut the inner and outer plates of the foreskin in the suture-type circumcision, so as to standardize the surgical effect. It is suitable for various brand cutting and suture devices and has good promotion value.
